Diana Gutierrez

October 9, 1961 — November 16, 2025

Diana Gutierrez, a beloved matriarch and cherished friend to many, was born on October 9, 1961, in Houston, Texas. After a life rich in love and vibrant experiences, she passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025, in her beloved hometown, leaving behind a legacy of devotion and warmth.

Diana's spirit was woven into the fabric of family life, through which she nurtured a profound love for those around her. Her passion for travel, especially when embarking on cruises and exploring nature along hiking trails, was coupled with an enthusiasm for cooking and taking meticulous care of her home. Each feast she prepared was a celebration, and her dwelling was always filled with laughter, care, and the aroma of home-cooked meals.

Diana's heart and soul resided in her family, especially in her roles as a mother and grandmother. She is survived by her children, Christina Gutierrez, accompanied by her spouse, Iesha, and Jose Louis Gutierrez Jr., alongside his spouse, Ashleigh. Their memories together, rich with laughter and shared adventures, will forever remind them of the love she bestowed upon them.

Diana's legacy lives on through her three treasured grandchildren: Omar Anthony Jimenez, Mateo Benjamin Gutierrez, and Luca James Gutierrez. Each child brings a piece of Diana's spirit into the world, ensuring that her warmth and values continue to flourish across generations. Diana also leaves behind siblings, nieces and nephews, and an extended network of family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joe Gutierrez, and her daughter, Laura Gutierrez.
