Born on September 14, 1976, in Houston, Texas, Katherine lived a vibrant and full life characterized by her outgoing personality and warm spirit. She was surrounded by her family at the time of her passing, a testament to the deep bonds she nurtured throughout her life.

Katherine was a woman who found joy in simple pleasures. She loved shopping, music, and socializing, passions that reflected her vivacious nature and her desire to connect with others. A devoted mother, Katherine’s legacy lives on through her children Benjamin, Agustina (Miguel), Elizabeth, and Alexis. She was also the proud grandmother to Emiliano, whose presence brought her immeasurable joy. Katherine’s family extended further to her loving mother, Alice Romero; her devoted brother, Benito Jr (Margaret) ; and her sisters Maria Elena (Raul), Sandra, Maria, and Brenda. She was also a treasured relative to numerous nieces, nephews, and an extensive network of extended family and friends who felt blessed to share in her life.

Visitation services to honor and remember Katherine will be held on April 9 and April 10, 2026, at Integrity Funeral Home located at 8601 Almeda Genoa Rd, Houston, Texas. On April 9, visitations will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with an additional visitation between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The visitation continues on April 10 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., followed by a final remembrance at Forest Lawn Cemetery, also located at 8601 Almeda Genoa Rd, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
