Lucia "Pana" Vela

It is with a sorrowful, but grateful heart that our beloved mother, Lucia "Pana" Vela transitioned on July 24, 2024. She was born on December 13, 1940 to the late Jesus and Maria Vela. Pana loved her family dearly. She enjoyed watching television shows, dancing, going to parties and playing bingo/loteria. She had an infection smile and was always a happy person. She believed in being family oriented. She is survived by her son, Daniel Zayas, Sr. and daughter-in-law, Francisca; grandchildren; Daniel Zayas, Jr., Kathia M. Zayas, Jesus Anthonio Zayas; great-grandchild, Daniel Zayas, III.

Es con un corazón triste pero agradecido que nuestra amada madre, Lucía "Pana" Vela, hizo la transición el 24 de julio de 2024. Nació el 13 de diciembre de 1940, hija de Jesús y María Vela. Pana amaba mucho a su familia. Le gustaba ver programas de televisión, bailar, ir a fiestas y jugar al bingo o a la lotería. Tenía una sonrisa contagiosa y siempre era una persona feliz. Creía en la orientación familiar. Le sobreviven su hijo, Daniel Zayas, Sr. y su nuera, Francisca; Nietos; Daniel Zayas, Jr., Kathia M. Zayas, Jesús Antonio Zayas; bisnieto, Daniel Zayas, III.
