Ricardo Ramirez

Ricardo Ramirez, 67, went home to his Lord and Savior, January 25, 2024. Better known to everyone as Wichie, he was born July 26, 1956 in Rio Grande City, TX. Wichie had undying love to be closer to God and spread His word to anyone who would listen. He had a zest for life and never met a stranger. Every outing with him was an adventure. His storytelling was a performance that could only be ecliped by his love and passion for all things food.  

Ricardo is preceeded in death by his beloved sons, Daryl Daniel Ramirez and Michael Anthony Ramirez, his parents, Clara Pena and Adolfo Ramirez, siblings, Homerito Ramirez, Gilbert Ramirez and Diana Concha. Wichie is survived by his wife and life long friend of more than 50 years, Ella Bazan Ramirez, his Daughter, Michelle (Joe) Ramirez; Sons, Ricky Ramirez and David & Senia Ramirez; Grandsons, Aiden Ramirez, Zander Ramirez and David Alan Roman; Brothers, Adolfo 'Bibi' & Sylvia Ramirez Jr., Carlos & Benita Ramirez; Sister, Aida & Abelardo Escobar; Brother in Law, Johnny Concha as well as countless loving neices, nephew, cousins and friends.
