Richard "Andy" Andrew Cuellar

Richard “Andy” Cuellar was called to Heaven on August 2, 2024 at the age of 49. Born on October 15, 1974 to Rick & Dianne Cuellar in Houston, TX. Andy was a graduate of Channelview High School and proud employee & Alumni of San Jacinto College. His love for fishing, music, traveling and snacks is what he was known for. 

Andy is survived by his parents, Rick & Dianne Cuellar; his sister, Vanessa Cuellar (Fernando); his grandmother, Lilly Escamilla; his godmother, Mary Cuellar; his nieces, Heather, Julie, Jade & Alexa; his daughter, Chloe Grace and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Sissy; his grandfather, Ralph; his aunt, Glenda, and dog Gizzmo.

Andy will be truly missed by all and will always be known as the one, the only, Mr. Snack Time. Serving as pallbearers are: Daniel Lopez, Joshua Lopez, Alfred Reyes, Iman Hussein, Rudy Rocha, Richard Sanchez, Jose Ruiz and Bo Banks.
